This application helps you to create and manage task efficiently¶

Menu on left top side¶

Click on "My page" to check tasks assigned to you or assigned by you.
Click on "Projects" to check projects assigned to you.

Menu on right top side¶

Click on Your name to see the summary of daily activities
Click on "My account" to change Name, Last name, Designation, Time zone and password
Click on "Sign out" to quit the application

How to decide priority in complaint¶

Low - Clarifications about product
Medium - Training requests
High - Functionality related issues (not able to create a ticket, report not generating, etc)
Urgent - Risk of downtime is issue is not sorted out in 24 hours
Immediate - Customer site is down because of the issue
